Gamma × Jack Roberts — Creative Strategy

The concept, evidence and packaging for a Gamma integration on @Itssssss_Jack (247K subs). Prepared by Florian's partnership desk, 2026-08-06. Internal working document.
Deal state
Negotiating — Fiona Turko (fiona@gamma.app) asked "what would the content angle be?" on Aug 4. This page is the answer.
What Gamma is
"Fast, Polished Presentations" — AI design partner for presentations, websites and social posts. Consistent branding, exports to PPT & Google Slides.
The unfair advantage
Jack has already demoed the exact winning workflow on camera, organically, unpaid. The sponsored video is an expansion, not an invention.
Positioning note
"Presentations 10× faster" / $2.1B valuation — usable framing, but not sourced from the email thread. Confirm with Fiona before quoting.

1 · Why this fits Jack's channel strategy

2 · The concept — "The Proposal Machine"

Premise: You just left a sales call. Normally that means an hour or two hand-building a pitch deck before the prospect goes cold. Jack shows the pipeline he actually uses: the meeting transcript walks straight into a branded, client-ready proposal deck — live, timeboxed, priced against what a designer would charge.

0:00–0:15
Hook. "You just left a sales call. Now you owe them a proposal." Timer starts.
0:15–0:45
Input. The real meeting transcript lands via Fireflies — raw material, not the payoff.
0:45–2:00
The machine. Claude/AntiGravity orchestrates Gamma's API: slide count, audience, density, "my logo top-right on every page."
2:00–5:30
The build, live. The branded deck assembles on screen. Payoff shot: finished proposal lands on the desktop mid-video, unedited.
5:30–end
The multiplier. "I had 10 meetings this week." Batch run: 10 transcripts → 10 branded proposals. This is the moment that sells Gamma to agencies.
Escalation option from Gamma's own positioning: the same pipeline also outputs the client's website and social posts ("your AI design partner for presentations, websites, and social media posts") — one meeting becomes the entire client deliverable stack. Strong candidate for a follow-up video or the closing beat.

Concept thumbnail (generated). Verified Gamma Ultramarine #1862D4 from their public brand book; deck fan bursting out of the meeting-transcript screen; Jack's real likeness via identity-locked image-to-image.
This version carries a small Gamma wordmark bottom-left — a logo-free regeneration is queued per the new packaging rule (no sponsor logo chips on thumbnails). The logo'd file stays archived.

4 · The reply that unblocks the deal

Fiona's question has been open since Aug 4. This is ready to paste:

To: fiona@gamma.app Hi Fiona, thanks for the question — here's the concrete angle. Jack already has an unpaid, organic clip of himself connecting a live meeting transcript (via Fireflies) straight into Gamma's API through Claude/AntiGravity, generating a fully branded, logo'd client-proposal deck in minutes — it's a real workflow he built for his own agency work, not a staged demo. We'd give that exact pipeline its own dedicated video: something like "I Built a $10,000 Client Proposal in 6 Minutes (Fireflies + Gamma)," timeboxed and dollar-anchored in the format that's driven his best-performing builds this year. It plugs directly into his proven "AI agency clients" content pillar, but nobody's covered what you hand the client once you've landed them — that's the open lane Gamma fills. One production note: the API workflow needs Gamma's first paid tier for API access, so if there's room to comp that for the shoot it'll make the demo cleaner. Happy to send over a full treatment and thumbnail concept if that direction works for you.
